I have used ZiPhone to unlock my iPhone now for 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 versions of my iPhone software. It has worked great both times. It also allows you to jailbreak it and add 3rd party apps via Installer. Overall I am very satisfied. You can also always reset the iPhone to its factory state in iTunes.
