Is there a way to determine in advance whether a meal is available (especially in FC) for a particular flight? The published itineraries simply seem to least a snack for flights before 10:30AM and show nothing for the remaining flights except for transcon or long-haul flights. But there are a number of flights hovering in the 2-3 hour flight time range where getting a meal seems to be a lottery based on the airports being used, time of day, etc.

Or at least is there a reliable formula to figure out which will have lunch or dinner?
