What pissed me off the other day was the 2 staffers (presumably on their way to LHR to work, they were Scottish) sitting in the bulkhead rows when I was right up the back on a businessUK ticket. I could not online check-in, so punted down the back!

They were comfortably sat when the boarding was by seat row higher than theirs.

I don't normally mind seeing BA staff travelling down to LHR (spoken to many of them and appreciate the reasons why they live up north), but this was taking the piss.
