I have some BAA Worldpoints sitting there and am thinking about converting them to BMI miles.

But just wondering if I could lean on the experience of some longer-term Worldpoint members and ask if they do any bonus conversion rates at certain times of the year or have other bonus redemption promos running occasionally - or should I just cash in the points now?
