What time does currency exchange close at MNL (Manila)?
Does anyone know what time the currency exchange counters close in the arrivals area of Manila Airport? (Terminal 1, not Centennial)

It seems the ATM machines in the terminal are unreliable at best, they seem to be broken or out of money quite a bit.
