Got the same issue with an adavaced rate booking for this weekend at the IC Perth Burswood
Could view my booking for a few weeks and then with 2 weeks to go ,the money came off amex and booking was unviewable.
Am a Ambassador and booked a club room so fingers crossed I get the Suite upgrade.Also using the BOGO cert (but they dont know that yet)
