Just got off the phone with the platinum desk and as I suspected, the rate for guaranteeing a suite is double the points...that would mean this 5 day trip would cost me a 120,000 points...OUCH! Anyone have any ideas/advice on a way to weasel around those costs? Anyone know how big the standard rooms are...in real terms, not what the web site lists?
