Say something to the front desk; no one here can fix it for you. That being said, last time there was a thread about it
CO Insider specifically mentioned that they were upping the bandwidth and that if we see things we should mention it to the front desk. I'm sure they'll brush it off, but that is what we were asked to do.
Oh, and it is easier to leech off that one since the entire food court below is bathed in the signal, which may contribute to the slowness. Then again, it might just be a PC member streaming audio or their SlingBox or something.
