If you are a window gazer, choose the LD. UD windows are at a bad angle for good ground viewing and too much leaning over the side storage bin so see clearly.

As previosuly noted, the UD floor transmits quite a lot of vibration through to the seats - specially bad if heavy footed crew or SLF march up and down the aisle.
