You may be right, but why would they be flying from Casablanca? Connecting from the JFK flight, perhaps? You'd think if they were starting in Europe they would use the non-stop Air France flight from CDG to Brazzaville.

Although you cannot book a Royal Air Maroc flight from Douala to Brazzaville, nonetheless, two passengers boarded in Douala. Had they gotten off at the wrong stop? Did they not make it past customs?
Maybe it's possible to book a ticket from Casablanca to Brazzaville with a stop-over in Douala, so they were simply continuing a journey that had started on a previous flight? Or perhaps they were non-rev airline employees?
