Your title asks about how far from Ginza to Tsukiji, which is an entirely different proposition. Ginza is adjacent to Tsukiji - probably less than 1,000 yen cab ride or 20 minute walk although I wouldn't walk it at 4:00 am.
Sorry I typed too fast. I meant from Asakusa to Tsukiji Market. Do you think I could still see anything at the market at 6:30 or 7 AM? I thought about taking the metro but then I realized that it could be suicidal at that time of the day (get squeezed into the metro train like a packed of Sardine)...
