I was on that flight last month, while I was in 7D I had no problems. Well, to be fair, 7E and 7F were empty. The AVOD was nice as were the power ports. It was a cheap train ride to the main station and a couple minute walk to the hotel. I stayed at the Hilton which was a very nice hotel, just not cheap. Like the other hotels mentioned, it is right by the DOM. Walking along the Rhine was nice, and there were quite a few other things to see. You can tour the Chocolate Museum and bring some back for the Statuesque Mrs RNE, it just may buy you another MR.

Oh, by the way, you could have done better, I did CLE-IAH-SEA-IAH-EWR-CGN-EWR-IAH-SEA-IAH-CLE for 20,086 EQMs and it was only $700 AI.
