Here's the skinny on the situation (some has already been repeated). I dropped by there this afternoon.

The Seattle office will close on September 31, 2002, and will consolidate into the Bellevue office. There will be 4 FTE positions (full time) and 4 part time positions. They are split between all three offices on Seniority. For the most part, the people in the Seattle offices have been there longer (min seniority is 22, max is 35). In addition, they will be expanding hours to close at 6:30PM on weekdays, and will have Saturday open 8 hours a day.

Either way, I agree with Gaucho, we should just blame Chexy.
