I went to the CTO in downtown Seattle this morning. She told me that the lease is expiring in September and UA is not renewing it. The lease of the Bellevue CTO is not expiring for a while. Also, she said that the Bellevue CTO produces more sales than the downtown Seattle one. I thought that some of them could transfer back to the airport but, NO! they will be let go. Too bad, too sad. I like all of them so much. They are so nice and helpful. They asked me to send email to UA on this. Which I did right away. Although they know that it would not make any difference, they wanted their customers voices heard by the UA decision makers. I personally think that they should keep a CTO somewhere in downtown Seattle even it may be a smaller one. Well again, it is only my opinion and it would not make any difference.
