It has been well over 5 days now.
Be patient just a little longer. In my experience, if a hotel misses the promised communication date (in your case above, 5 days), that does NOT sit well with *wood corporate. Apparently, they have an internal checks and balances system that tracks whether or not the property contacted you and what the resolution was. If they fail to do this within the alloted time, all heck breaks loose internally and it's a serious chargeback to the property.
