I'm pretty sure this is the place you can see on the right as you enter the airport. It appears to be directly under the approach/departure for the current single active runway (1L/19R). Could be noisy, perhaps more arrivals than departures in the 00:00 - 05:00 time-frame, possibly from the south so noise would not be a factor. Since it's nearly on the airport property I can't imagine it taking more than 5 minutes to make the drive.
