In the air - it would have to be on a GF A320 DOH-BAH flight 12 years ago. Being a relatively small aircraft the fact that we were getting tossed around so much seemed far more unnerving than if it had been on, say, a 744. Thankfully it was a relatively short flight, but I had to check my underwear after we landed.
