Sorry to say but this is so average hotel in every way. I stayed there for two nights last year and will not return. The rooms are tiny and no real upgrades (read suites) for Platinum members. Although I am not a huge fan of the Park Hyatt either, the property is far superior to the dump a.k.a Renaissance Saigon.
