Kind of. The New World Hotel Saigon is also run by Marriott. Unlike other Marriott branded New World hotels that they run, they do not have any kind of Rewards link, so no matter how hard you try, you wont get any kind of point/elite recognition/status benefit beyond a very polite smile.

I like the New World much better than the Ren and its buffett in the morning is great. It is also very close to the Ben Than Market and the big city park across the street.
