I know these planes are built for this but boy does it get me nervous...especially when you look outside and its black. Although the glasses were not flying up in the air which is what i hear has happened to some flights...Has anyone encountered such bad bumpiness and if so on what routes?????

PS i would have thought that at 38000 feet you would be above the weather?
