CO needs to put a missing credit form on co.com. I am tired of dealing with incompetent agents.
First I am transferred to CO reservations (no wonder wait time was 30min) Then, I finally get co.com support and the agent has no clue what I am talking about and sugests I call OPSC. Finally I get an agent who has to search to find out what I am talking about. That agent says I have
this card and therefore should call Chase to claim my credit. This is ridicoulous and I am tired of dealing with this.
