I highly recommend you to World Travel Guide - they have extensive information on climate and weather for each location they cover.

I also highly recommend the Bali Conrad (Bali, Indonesia.) Other Hilton properties of interest in Egypt (and a number of other locations.) Don't overlook the new property in Fiji; there is very nice beaching, diving, kayaking, hiking, etc. in Fiji, and all accessible from Denarau, where the new Hilton property is situated
