You sweetheart. I have been trying to find a way to claim for a flight that was canceled and which bypasses the message that states I have already been credited for the flights when I most definitely have not. With your technique I got beyond that message and it seems my claim for the specific flights has been logged and I have been promised an email in return. Such progress!
