I agree. In January I took two UX flights with issues. On one there was a rather disguting, flaky film on all interior windows. On the other the PA system was 80 perfcent inaudible. I wrote UA an email in the hopes they would forward it to maintenance, and I certainly didn't request (nor expect) compensation. Of course I get a less-than-encouraging response and some ecert. I just wish they'd fix the problems.
