boomerang-boy, I will offer some advise I've just had yet another recent experience with...don't rely solely on these web codes!

I've (and many others taking my advise) have had phone reservations come up with Business and First Saver Award and upgrade space when the web codes indicated goose eggs!

But...on rare occasions I've had the opposite occur as well...the web says space is available, and the phone folks say no go.

Also, the web does not always give you all of the available flight options/combinations to the destination you are trying to get to!

Some phone agents can be very creative with routings to get you where you need to go on flights that don't even appear as available/valid combos on the web.

But keep in mind that you now do get a 1,000 mile online booking bonus for booking free award travel online, if you can.
