I'd probably leave Tobago off the list. It's on the windward side and the beach is not usable to sit on. There is a very dangerous undertow and they do not recomend getting into the water. They were selling an all-inclusive package and it could get rowdy. Not very romantic. The golf course adjacent was a good one if you want to golf. The service was hit and miss with probably more misses when we were there. You would need a car to get anywhere, especially any beach.

We loved Tobago but would never stay at the Hilton again.
