I think you know from experience that it would be a fairly small list - but I'd still vote for it. Don't know if I've posted this before, but here's a contest link for Canadian residents.

There is a link for winning 1,000,000 miles (open to the US, too), but don't get too excited about it - the odds of winning are 1:100 million (which is why I didn't post it before).
