I don't know how good the MH deal is if you have to pay 4-5K for the ticket plus 3000 each way to upgrade. SAS charges 450 USD to upgrade from EWR-CPH, so cheaper. Also SKs business class is A LOT better than MH. I have seen several trip reports...

I usually pay 4250 SEK for the Economy ticket and 3000SEK for upgrade ARN-EWR plus 2000 SEK return ($300) for a total of about 9250SEK.

I think MH business class is a LOT better than SK

I've done two ARN-EWR returns with SK and three MH returns during the last year. I suppose that different people like different kinds of service. If you like the NSB/SJ experience - go SK
