I think you should be able to get Economy Extra tickets cheaper than 9800DKK?

I don't know how good the MH deal is if you have to pay 4-5K for the ticket plus 3000 each way to upgrade. SAS charges 450 USD to upgrade from EWR-CPH, so cheaper. Also SKs business class is A LOT better than MH. I have seen several trip reports...
