Ya, I agree. This guy lives in PHX. From here, he'd have to do a transcon + connections to somewhere to cover the nearly 5K necessary to have reached 75K. He'd be lucky to do that for $322 these days-- and avoids having to do it. (Doesn't see the joy in a mileage run.)
Not to mention the ancillary expenses of traveling - even a same-day mileage run would require some money for gas & airport parking.
