I have sent an email to the following email address
[email protected], [email protected], regarding the Hong Kong GP service center provided wrong promotion information of bonus miles offer with Northwest, but only received a reply from Hong Kong GP service center, no any feedback from [email protected].

I also tried to make a call to Hong Kong GP service center to complain about I did not receive the suite upgrade certificate with my diamond membership kit in 2007, but the 1st rep mentioned she never heard about any suite upgrade certificate before, and 2nd rep told me "if you did not received it, we have nothing to do but you can wait the upcoming certificate in next year"

That's why I transfered my most of hotel stays to SPG and SPG offered status match as Platinum tier for me from November 2007. Till now, I stayed in SPG chain for 16 nights but only one night in Hyatt.
