I've flown Lead numerous times where I had seats open in 1st. When available, I've moved them up there...I love the look on their faces when they realize that they are going to sit in first class.
Last trip with the boys to CUN in 2006 we took a bump and four hours later were up front. That was the first (and only, so far) time they had been in first class and are now spoiled for life. They just don't understand why we have to ride in coach all the time! So yes, I would think it would be priceless seeing the looks on UM faces when you put them up there.
