We all know the problem is the pax, so why should they airline have to fix it?

Perhaps the airlines could help by reminding (repeatedly) that pax should us the bins nearest their assigned seats.

Or make it a "security requirement" that pax stay with their bags onboard, after all we know what would happen if there was an unattended bag left in the airport.
