Question QUESTIONS: Amex 241 - mixed-class and HHA
Hi,

(1) Can the 241 be used to book, say, Premium Economy from London to Sydney, and Club returning? Or even Premium Economy to Sydney, Club from Sydney to Singapore and Premium Economy from Singapore to London?

(2) There never used to be a problem with redeeming the 241 where the companion was not in the HHA - has this changed?
