Ta! Glad to hear what the Hotline told you.

Whilst I also believe that I can continue to use the VISA I am not 100% sure I can use it till the expiry date (02/10). They formally cancelled the card based on the terms & conditions in the contract and that indeed would be the 02/09 date as stated in the letter.

But it is good to know that I can continue using the VISA for at least another year.
