Sorry if this has been answered before but even after quickly reading through the whole thread I thought I better ask to cross-check with you guys. Better safe than sorry.........
I received the MC and the letter that came with it states that they cancel the VISA contract by Feb 2009. So, I guess I can use my VISA for (almost) another year without any trouble and then activate the MC in March 2009 by simply using it for the first time, right?

AFAIK no. Had to call them and they told me, that my VISA card will be disabled 28.2.2008. Have to add, that I asked for the MasterCard to be delivered 2/2008 and not in January.
