Why even bother with him any longer? The only reason he got off his A$$ and credited my account as quickly as he did was because I threatened a class action suit, which I was totally prepared to do. I even asked for 10 peoples names to get the ball rolling.
I think you and everyone else has been more than patient if he credited my account with 72 hours the capability must be there to credit yours and everyone else's.
The same time you are going to spend on sending him another email why not send the same email to The Ministry of Consumer Affairs & The Competition Bureau
