Can you please be more specific with the website location to change KL seats on nwa.com? I just reviewed nwa.com and do not see what you are referring to by "itins", just "Manage my reservations".
I have looked at my PNR on
www.airfrance.us to look at my seat assignment, but it will only allow me to look, not change the seat assignment. Had to call in to get the seat assignment. Thank you Chisholm.
