What is so lousy is that Spirit's customer service and call center are atrocious, and on WN I'm told you get service with a smile. I'll put it this way: I have not flown WN and I've flown NK more than I care to admit - I think my FlightMemory has it as 30 flights...that's pretty close to the truth. Having said that, WN is a better brand in my mind and I've not experienced it. Spirit stinks and I don't like them. YMMV.
