I flew ORDBOS on a "snack" flight (7:25 pm) and noticed that they served the cookie with the meal as opposed to a later service with coffee (There was no coffee service on the flight.). Yuck, the cookie gets hard and cold. There was certainly time to do a separate serving. Has anyone else noticed this?
