Southwest spilled a beer over me once, on a nice suit (when I used to wear suits )

They instantly gave me a $10 cleaning "voucher." It was too much trouble to get my stuff cleaned, send in the receipt and wait for a check, so I promptly lost the voucher. But that was a great way of handling things, really.
