I 've noticed this too. I have tried different combinations; logging into account right away or waiting to log in at time of purchase, with or without the pass. OnePass number, trying other passenger names other than myself, holding a reservation and then coming back to purchase. None show the option to use gift account. However, depending on the
destination the gift account is available sometimes????
I am sure this problem will clear up soon
