I am flying Tiger Airways for the first time. Their website says the free checked luggage allowance is 1 piece/15 kg. You can pay extra for 20 kg, 25 kg, or 30 kg. However, it is not clear whether you can check in 2 bags with a combined weight of 20, 25, or 30 kg. The website also does not say what the cost is if you don't prepay for extra luggage and pay for it at the airport.

Question 1: If one buys extra luggage allowance of 25 kg, may one check in a 2nd bag or must one pack everything into 1 bag which weighs 25 kg?

Question 2: If one does not prepay for extra luggage, how much does it cost (per kg) on a Singapore-Chennai flight?
