I don't think you can rate the airlines in this area - they're all tied for 1st - all airlines are worried that passengers will blame them for bad weather.

And this is one area where the pilots cooperate - they're on the airwaves getting feedback from the pilots in the planes in front of them.

But as others have said, with weather, 'stuff' happens - sometimes it changes very quickly.

Good luck. Keep the seat belt buckled. If things do get rough, follow the cabin crew's instructions.
