A good website to look at day of departure is: http://aviationweather.gov

This website can show you the current weather, as well as possible, expected areas of turbulence.

Just keep in mind that even though your travels may be through areas of expected turbulence, you may actually get a smoother ride than expected.

Just remember that the worst part of your travel is getting to/from the airport safely. Flying is the safest part of your travels.

Hope you have a good flight!
