My goal was not to fight over the rates, but to challenge the hyatt web rates, maybe Richard in SF put his finger on it I need access to discount codes it is not good enough any more to be a diamond, and check the web,lloyalty is a double edged sword, I am no longer blindly lloyal, I like the churchill but lets be honest it is not 50 to 100 pounds per night better than these hotels??? How about a new diamond bonus you give me a fair price and do not take my custom for granted? it seems that all the european rates are inflated so as to give corprate discount.
