I don't know if everyone is eligible or the end date of the promotion but MR transfers to Delta offer a 15% mileage bonus. Thus, 40K MR = 46K Delta = 92K HH = 20K AA (90K HH transfer before 1-1-03). Not a great exchange but it will get you to the desired 60K AA.
