The Grovesnor Square Marriott just reopened a totally new larger concierge lounge on Jan. 22. Also, a totally refurbished gym with new equipment was supposed to open early last month, but I haven't been back since Jan to check it out. Gordon Ramsey's restaurant was to take over room service operations in late January as well, if that helps influence your decision.
