One other point, if your phone is EVDO capable, updating your PRL could be beneficial as ALLTEL is currently rolling out EVDO and supposedly VZW is adding their EVDO SIDs to their Perferred Systems. Which would expand your EVDO capabilities into ALLTEL roaming areas which were 1XRT before hand.
