Picking the lesser of the evils I would probably go for NW or CO since you're Skyteam elite. At least you might be able to get an exit row or bulkhead seat online, whereas KL doesn't even let you choose these seats until 24 hours before. AVOD is nicer too if you get a newer plane. I usually like 10A on an A330 CDG-DTW on NW, but no idea what they fly on AMS or DUS routes. I think CO and NW are now flying 757s across the Atlantic
